Jalapeño Popper Chicken

Crockpot

Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken, seared

- bag of jalapeños, sliced and seeded

- 1 packet ranch dressing mix

- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened

- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth

- 5 cloves of garlic

- 4–5 strips of bacon, crumbled

- cayenne

- black pepper

- ground chipotle

- dried onion

- hot sauce to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in Crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Shred chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

If you like it milder, use cubanelle peppers. If you like it hotter, serranos and finger hots would be good. And if you dare, habaneros.
